Anonymous Domain And Hosting Buying Help

Hello people, I'm new here and this is my first thread. I'm looking for an anonymous way to -

1 - Buy a domain (offshore registrar) like prq.se (or you can suggest some other site of that level which don't disclose my info), but the issue is I come from a country where Bitcoins are practically impossible to buy.

Also, I need to buy a domain with an anonymous identity, not revealing my location, name and email at all.

2 - A bulletproof offshore VPS hosting, not close to Europe or USA, but must be reputable high end company and location where DMCA is not active.

3 - An anonymous paid email in case for replying to abuse reports.

4 - A VPN, PIA ( i can't because they don't accept webmoney) So proxy.sh or torguard. Which one is better? Also, what one can use with VPN to make it more secure?

5 - I can make all payments via webmoney, like pay via webmoney, buy bitcoins via webmoney and every other thing.

I found this to cover my tracks very well for many years:

Step 1: Buy a paysafe code from a tabak store.
Step 2: Buy a simcard and create a verified e-mail account.
Step 3: Setup pgp email encryption for that e-mail.
Step 4: Get a VPN subscription from perfect-privacy dot com (send them an encrypted e-mail with your paysafe code)
Step 5: Buy a cash4web cc from a tabak store.
Step 6: Register the domain and hosting on whatever name and address you want.
Note: Make sure you use CCleaner every single time you change between accounts and stuff.

use google to find out how to setup pgp encryption. it's quite tricky. i had hard time setting it up first time

Some nice tips dude but what about the email? It will have his traces. I guess in his country he won't find paysafe card.
Why don't you try this:
1. Get a free VPN (search) don't use their clients, use OpenVPN!
2. Go to public place with free wifi or use any free close to you
-- Use both - VPN + Public Wifi + Other OS (VMware)
3. Exchange money for bitcoins.. Now you can get whatever you want..
4. Get Paid VPN... No logs and so on
5. For one time emails you can use 10minutes mail, or make just a regular reg. in email service in another small country like Bulgaria, Romania, Netherlands

Im sure in your country you can find someone to exchange you.
