Hi once again , thanks for the responde on my other question
my new question is :
1) I had adword / adsense with the same email as my google play account , and now that google play acc is closed , is it okey if i login from another pc to that adword account and advertise apps from my new google account ?
2) that adsense account was activated and verified to my bank rib , now that i have created a new adsense account is it okey to activate it with the same bank rib ?

after reading your explanations i know now that i'am in very big trouble ...,
i have 4 google publish account with multiple apps each ( compilated with the same pc and same android studio
)
What can i do to save my apps Please !!
1- ( update the apps after compiling it in Virtual machine? will that delete the old fingerprints of the first apk )
2- update apps and transfer to new google publish account and change the original source code ( to minimize fingerprints )
ps : my apps are white hat and earning good ( cant just remake new ones )

and maked very good all customized new app design and maked IAP and ASO
i would like to ask i want to invest on ads to this game how much will earn when i get 100.000 installs ?
and do you recommend any service where i can adversiment this ads or get downloads to rank the app ?

You cannot do anything to save these apps if they ban one account, they will ban all accounts. Everything made bad.
Update and transfer will not help.
Stay with white hat for these apps and would be fine!
