amazon tax please help

Hi everyone.
I wanna start publish book on amazon (kindle publishing) and I am not an american and I dont have a tax identification number (TIN)
All I want to know is that amazon will take the tax directly from my royalties or should I pay by myself ?

You need EIN. Hire someone on upwork to get it for you.

You need to check to see if your country has tax treaty with US. For example Indonesians has 10%, Sweden has 5%.

If there is no tax agreement Amazon will withold 30% of your money for the IRS.
