And do someone offer reviews and downloads?

Have you asked in hire a freelancer section? Pretty sure there are people on there that can do it

doesn't work anymore, you'll be able to rank but amazon will close your account before the 60 day money withhold expires, they manually check accounts that have 'unusual spikes' in traffic, speaking from personal exp here.

There must be a way around it because there are quite a few people doing it and getting through. I just have no idea how they have got around it.

There are few services which provide reviews like trustrider.com

You don't have to do it bulk in one go, take it slow, few reviews at a time. Be smart
