I have sign up with Amazon.com and working on it. But now I would like to promote products from Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.fr, etc. So please let me know, is my ID of Amazon.com is enough to promote other Amazon country products or can I sign up each country separately?

You have to sign up for each Amazon program that associated with each country.
If somebody clicks on your website promoting UK amazon products for example and you have an Amazon affiliate account with .com, you will not get a credit if the sale happened. it is easy to get approved with the same website but you have to add banks account for each country.

i think it will make work complicated so only promote with .com

As others already told you, you need to sign up for every site individually. However, there are some WP plugins that automatically change your Amazon affiliate links based on the location of your visitors.
