i think u r mistaking with my post..some one asking me what the reason of my banning..and yeah..i already build a new site and redirect all traffics to my new site.

i think it too risky..also im promoting hundred of amazon products..so it will be pain to faking the redirect of all those products..so im stick with my new site now..what i can say is "this is why im broke" style is very profitable..i think the CTR with youtube and my new site is not different so much..

I see a lot of people doing and I thought it is OK with amazon. Thanks for the info though. A lot of people create the video and upload it 1000 times on youtube.
 
Have 58 articles prepared and I'm going to schedule one for every 1-3 days.

Massively revamped one of the sites. New design, responsive, new structure, better user experience. Also moved from Clicky analytics to Google Analytics for better and more precise intel - will let me analyze the results and effects of each change I make (using annotations in Analytics - google it ;))

Currently waiting on Analytics to gather data for a week or two so I see a stable, more long-term graph. Then changes and their impacts will be more obvious.

Super excited for this, ready to revamp 12 sites of the 19 I have left. Also expecting to churn and burn the other 7 to make a quick buck to invest in the others ;)

What problems did you find with Clicky? It was my impression they were far superior and more accurate than google analytics due to google analytics sampling data rather than using raw data.

But even putting the sampling issue aside I was under the impression Clicky were far superior and have come widely recommended.

I'm concerned I might have missed something with them that you've discovered?
 
Google Analytics just has more functionality in my eyes. Behaviour flow, goals, annotations, source/medium and tagged links and so on. Some of these features Clicky doesn't have or they're uncomfortable to use.

I have more experience with GA.

Updates.. hmm..

Came to Estonia because my dog got attacked and had 3 surgeries.

Quit my job and started a business.

Flying back to Vietnam in a week - lots of red tape to go through for the company beforehand.

Haven't even uploaded one article out of 58 for the site and probably won't have time for that any time soon :l

I was in Japan for 3 weeks, didn't update the websites while I was there.

I'm still averaging around 3000€/month with Amazon, where 2/3 of the profits are from one site.
Working mainly on this one and another one I can't really rank for now. I'm testing all the products myself now, it takes some time, but my articles are now really detailed, with some going up to 4-5k words.

My main site lost some rankings last month, but I'm getting around 3300 sessions/day on GA.
Second site is getting around 1000 sessions/day and third one around 300 sessions/day (it's the one I need to rank, huge potential).

I have another one with great potential too, but wasn't able to get enough work on it. Site is already launched, but I've got sooo many products to test I don't have enough time. Trying to put my Brother in the loop, he can write pretty well and he's interested in the niche.

Also, I'm trying to make video review of the products now. Not easy and take so much time.

You should add more "punch" to your article headlines :)

That one doesn't really make me want to click unless I choose to engage my higher brain.

A good one is playing on people's need to avoid pain, so something like:

"14 Life Lessons: Learn From My Struggles"

or

"14 Life Lessons Learned from my Journey to Hell and Back"

Hehe.

Something that implies people can avoid pain/suffering from your content.
 
It's not a commercial blog though. I don't care how many people read it, most of the posts I write for myself, including this one. That's why there's no images in that one and it's barely edited.

Just plain, honest, natural thoughts. Have plenty of people who really appreciate my mindset and knowledge, who read even the most boring and unorganized 3000 word blog posts. That's my target audience ;)

Was looking for this update since I've been following you all along your journey. How are you revenues from the other affiliate (the 30 day cookie) ?

Wow reading through this thread sure brings back the good ol day with Amazon :) I just sold my last profitable Amazon site though. Got another site gaining traffic pretty fast and another one in the pipeline.

@WhitePassion: How's Saigon? Ever think of visiting the North, like Hanoi?
 
Very interesting thread. Can't believe I haven't seen it until now. Got experience with Amazon myself so I'll go ahead and post-subscribe. Excited to disccuss tips and experiences about Amazon sites/stores. 67 pages of reading ahead of me... (rolling up sleeves), I better get on it now.
