AMA: Making Passive Income on Instagram

You can earn more money by using the same method on other social media sites.
There are many social media site like instagram.

What do you guys think, everyone doing this might have to change their plans as Instagram changes their feed structure?

I would really like to know your approache towards the new algoritme update, eshelt?

What's the best price you have seen work? Many people price this service differently. I would like to know your insight on pricing. Is it better to charge weekly, monthly? and how much would you say to charge for a "premium" service?

Personally, I prefer weekly payments and that's what I really do. Pricing is different per account, per client.

op is cleary advertsiing or affiliated with boostgram, he is advertsing all over black world for it.

I was getting excited about this method, and I Googled "boostgram banned" like one of the other posters and found the Reddit thread that outlines this method pretty much exactly...and that is now conveniently deleted. I was really hoping this is a real method and businesses are willing to pay this amount for such a service, but it may be a waste of time to do it if it's all an advertisement for Boostgram! This is the deleted Reddit thread cached in Google (can't post links yet, but you get the gist):

Approach a local business. This could be a local gym, coffee shop, bar, restaurant, or yoga teacher. A good way to find them is to just search for keywords on Google maps in the region, then either call them or simply walk into the business and ask to speak to the marketing person.
Step 2: Pitch
Pitch the decision maker on your social media management services. Make sure to include creating content, posting daily, and local marketing. Come up with a nice one-page deck that outlines what they will get each month:

  • Daily photo posting (1 per day)
  • Posting to Facebook and Twitter
  • Engagement with 50,000 people in the local area
  • Drive new customers through the door and to their website
Creating a website, a logo, a company name, and business cards for yourself is recommended.
Step 3: Pricing
Gauge your client's business and make your price point somewhere between $250-$750 per month. Generally we see the best results when pricing at $450 per month.
Step 4: Create Content
For small businesses, try taking 30-100 photos on your iPhone around their office or retail space. If it's a bar or a restaurant, make sure to take plenty of food pictures. If it's a yoga study, take a bunch of photos of the classes. Get creative with it and use awesome filters to make the photos look better. If the business is boring subject, try using fiverr to have images with quotes on them created. (Tip: Using the same filter across all photos gives the client's brand better consistency.)
Step 5: Setup Pages
Set up an Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook page. You are going to post one photo a day and share that photo to the other two pages. To set this up, use IFTTT and chose the share to twitter "as a TwitPic" recipe and same for their facebook page.
Step 6: Driving Traffic to Instagram Page
Sign up for Boostgram and create an account in the dashboard. Boostgram will auto like roughly 55,000 photos based on your chosen hashtags each month. If you set up your client's account to target city names within a ten mile radius around their location, the targeted individuals will become aware of the business, which will drive walk-in customers, and in turn drive sales. If you use the follow/unfollow feature, find local Instagram accounts that are popular and target them. (It doesn't matter what niche you choose, as long as they are local or semi-close; sports teams, arenas, etc.)
Step 7: Schedule Content
Within Boostgram, it offers a feature to schedule posting content on Instagram. Upload your month's worth of content, set the day and time for each photo, and hit schedule. (This is about 20 minutes of work.) Once it's posted, IFTTT will kick in within minutes and automatically post it to Twitter and Facebook for you.
Step 8: Driving Traffic to Twitter Page
Sign up for justunfollow and download an autoclicker software to your computer. Every day, use the software to follow and unfollow 1000 people targeted at your niche.
Conclusion:
After all is said and done, your client will start gaining hundreds of new followers and create brand awareness within their area that was previously unprecedented.
You, on the other hand, will create a massive passive income for yourself to the tune of thousands of dollars per month, and you'll have to work very little to earn that money.
TIPS:
Your clients will generally make more money off of their service than they are paying you, so sometimes, if the price point is high (e.g. a $250 cross fit membership), it would actually be more beneficial to arrange a percentage of all new memberships. One local gym generated $5k in recurring revenue using this system, so we ended up making $2,500 a month in revenue just from them alone.
Pay for a tracking phone number like CallRail. Place the number in your Instagram account's bio and track all the calls that come in from Instagram.
Encourage the business to offer discounts if people mention Instagram or Twitter on purchases.
I am more than happy to answer any questions you might have, or to listen to any suggestions you may have to help improve this guide - please contribute!

I have 2 pages one with 126k and another with 35k would this be a good way to make some fast cash??
Try revfluence.com there are plenty of brands on there to do deals with.

Now that instagram is changing their feeds tools that engage for you are 100% required to maintain engagement levels.

$250 a month usually works the best. My average customer pays for 3-6 months worth of service.

Looks like I pissed off one of the software companies and they are making fake accounts to try to make it seem like I am advertising now.

Like I said earlier Follow Liker, Boostgram, and instagress all work well. I just prefer boostgram the best.

I am not trying to provide a one sided oppinion here just letting you all know what works for me to make money the easiest way.

you see me making biased posts for a software? no.
you make biased posts all over blackworld for a software? yes
why are you advertising so much for boostgram(see his other posts) ?

Wait so you can put the address of the business in boostgram and it will like people within 10 miles of it??

I don't think so, you can't just tell your client not to login to their account just because you're botting it.

I would like to see a sample of the contract that you have customers sign
