Doing this as a follow up to a previous post I did that I feel could be helpful to you all.

Purchase an Instagram Automation Tool: FollowLiker, Instagress, or Boostgram.

I cold call small businesses and tell them I can improve their local customer reach and create awareness in their region. Usually I feel them out on how much their customers spend and price it accordingly.


I charge my clients anywhere from $250-$1000 to run automation on their account for them. "Managed service" is what I call it. I never tell them the name of the software I use, just that I have technology that will get them 2000-4000 new followers per month.


If you set it to auto like hashtags of city names within a ten mile radius of the business they will see an increase in walk in customers and local awareness of their company.


I have 8 paying clients and make about $5000 per month off them. I pay $49 a month for Boostgram at their volume pricing just because I find they have the least re-auths and gender selection function however if you are doing this in bulk Follow Liker is a better solution for managing in bulk.

Do you create the content for them? and what do you tell them if you happen to be banned? ;-) "oh, managed service failed?" most companies won't accept the fact you are violating Instagram's TOS.

Also, how do you make sure that you do not get banned.

actually i have been thinking about soliciting local business for shoutouts since i run local city pages.
soliciting for IG page management sounds like an easier thing to do!

questions: how do you find them?
DM existing page?
google, and call after email?
drop in?

Ok, so this is awesome and I have those programs too and could easily do this, but here's the thing: I'm afraid to push the accounts too hard on Followliker in case I get their account banned and they sue! Have you ever had a client account banned, and if so, how did you handle it with the client?
 
now that this has been posted, companies will start wondering why so many users suddenly want to manage their accounts and will most likely reject it :D
 
Dont the companies ask you where the followers are coming from? Are they not having doubts if this followers could be botted? Also are you charging them After the service was delivered? Thanks for this anwers

I usually work with local retail buisness. Usually I dont need a bite the hook line. Generally just finding the person in charge who is smart enough to understand the power of localized marketing is good enough. Many companies dont have a tech savvy person which allows me to upsell them on other services like charging them for a squarespace website, etc.

I charge more for posting content. Boostgram allows you to shcedule as many photos as you want so as long as they provide the content I schedule it for posting.

Generally I avoid using new instagram accounts. Aged ones rarely get banned. Secondly I make sure to explain to them there is a chance that the account might get deleted however I assure them they will get their money back or I will make them a new account equal to the one that was deleted.

I have never had an account banned for the record.

Start with call. Schedule and meet with descion maker in person. When meeting with them figure out the following

- Who is your target customer?
- Are you looking to create brand awarness or walk in customers?
- Who are your competitors in the area?
- What city names would you like to target?
 
What are your thoughts about Mass Planner eshelt? Have you considered using it?

Also another reason why I use Boostgram. Never had an account deleted and rarely get reauths.

In your contract you can state that you are not liable for the accoutn being deleted. Another thing I have done is to create a secondary account for the buisness so their main one is not as risk.

(MAKE SURE TO ONLY ADD AGED ACCOUNTS) 3 months+ with tons of content and active followers.

I have used Mass Planner and it works decent and is another alternative.

Not sure how boostgram does it differently but for some reason the results are about 50% better than any other of the software I have used.
 
how do you start the cold call?
you always have to meet them face to face?
