Firstly OP this is brilliant, you sort of mentioned it before but do you have a general rule (ratio or percentage) for time management when dealing with clients and actually doing the seo for them? I've sometimes found myself spending nearly as much time meeting and discussing things with them as doing the work and that can make my theoretical hourly rate radically different.

Why limit yourself to Denmark?, I live in England, however I have clients from all over the world. If you are going to go down the website route, just get a .com domain rather than a local domain and you are good to go.
