Am I doing it right?

Hello my friends!
So I decided to try this method as a beginner : https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/method-easy-10-20-day-with-instagram-cpa-offers-step-by-step-guide.693931/
I was able to make 2 Instagram accounts and after that I get an error. I understood that I reached the limit of account creations.
I started following users which are interested in a Niche, but I only managed to follow 30 user in each Instagram account, after that I get this message :

Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

My first plan is to grow these Instagram accounts, the I sign up for a CPA network to promote their offers.

Yeah, action blocks are huge at the moment. You need to warmup your account first by only doing a few follows a day, and maybe even only start using the account after a few days. On a brand new account that is seen as aggressive actions. So be careful!
 
If the question is about the follow block, yeah this is normal. Gotta warm the account up first. With time you'll be able to follow more.

I made them yesterday. So I get to follow 30 people everyday?
 
  • for likes start with only 50 in the beginning and than increase to be 400 as max after 2 months
  • 10 comments on posts in your niche and increase it by 10 every 15days untill you reache 50 comments per day
  • NO follow/unfollow until you reach 1000 followers, then start following between 0 and 15 per day and unfollow after 5 days
 
how many accounts can i use per ip? in my case residential ip
