Ahrefs Problem

The day have come when I decided to buy a full version of Ahrefs in order to check my websites' traffic. But I can't pay for it anyhow! I was trying my PayPal - it gives me an error, I tried 2 credit cards, but they are rejected for some reason. I asked my friend to pay for it and he also tried his credit card and PayPal and he also didn't succeed. I contacted Ahrefs support and the only thing they told me is contact your bank.

Have you experienced something similar? Or maybe someone can help me to solve this issue? I will be very pleased.

On the whole, I don't think that support must behave like that. I asked for an alternate ways for payment, but there are none of them
