Hi guys,
My Payeer account was fully verified and i provided all kyc docs to their team in support ticket and they have taken My BTC and ETH Addresses refund of my remaining balance (~$1200-$1500). and they said refund will be processed within 14 days on 15 January 2026
Now 40 days Gone but still haven’t received any transfer or TXID. Their website login/ticket system is currently not accessible and emails haven’t received replies yet.
Has anyone recently received their Payeer refund after verification?
How long did it take for you?
Just trying to understand if this is normal delay or if I should escalate further.
