After demonetized, got approved again!

I have permissions for everything but they don't care, as long as I don't make it, it's reused. I have this channel since 2008, it's actually a great channel, I don't do it only for the money, I made a DJ carrier thanks to it.

For your second question, well if you put a video which gets lots of views read - viral video) on private and than put it back on public after some time, it won't get that many views anymore, probably because it won't be suggested anymore. That's why I chose unpopular videos, because they're irrelevant for my channel.

Edit - yes, it's a music promotion channel
but how can u even monetize a music promotion channel. I've heard so many of these channels got demonetized. i think even if u get approved won't u be rejected later?? coz if music promotion is ok then i dont mind adding that stuff to my channel with good audio visualiser. coz this content is a good tactic to grow your channel. like ncs and trap nation are so huge. if i add this content too i can grow fast but im afraid of demonization. or should i just disable monetization on this content to avoid risks?

I wonder how channels like Cocomelon with heavy reused content are still monetized with 70M+ subscriptions.

they're probably big enough haha. my channel is not as nearly as big as those, around 70k subscribers

i was demonetized last year in december then remonetized in may this year. Demonetized again now in december (one day difference) and then remonetized again tonight. I try to upload mainly the music which hasnt been posted on YT by someone else

but even then seems likely to YouTube that it is re used content. why not just make some to original content and never be demonetized. consider hiring ur own music person and copyright ur music and upload

One more thing, maybe someone will find it useful. It's actually a method:

I have some tracks which I bought from a ghost producer on Fiver and I licenced those tracks via music distribution site. I used to copyclaim my own videos this way while I was demonetized. Now I'm monetized again but I'll probably be demonetized again in one moment so I still copyclaim my videos no matter I'm monetized now. After uploading, YouTube instantly puts a claim on my video (my claim). Then I open the editor and remove the track which I purposely put in the compilation and voila, I can monetize the video with YouTube. When demonetization happens again I will simply revert video to original and I will have my claim on it again which will allow me to monetize it again with music distributor.

I think it's a nice method, maybe someone can use it

Just an update, my channel is still monetized after making those re-used content videos back to public from private but I have chosen to turn off monetization for those videos (that I'm pretty sure were the ones that got me demonetized).

Even though I had brought them back to public, I think when you move videos to private and then make them public again (after few days), they lose their ranking or fall in the list of searches because they definitely do not get as many views as they were before. It doesn't matter to me now because I have chosen to not monetize them but just wanted to have them public again for simply sharing the content and analysis I put in it.

Another old video of mine (a music video) had the song blocked worldwide and it was muted. A viewer recently messaged me begging me to send him the original video with the song I made because he says he watches it every morning or something like that and I was inspired that it had an impact on someone that much. So I went back to my video and decided to try and re-instate the song and see if it plays and it DID! The music video is now back with the original song I had on it and not blocked worldwide anymore.....of course it's still copyrighted but something must've changed over the years with that song or record label and have decided not to block it worldwide anymore....strange.

I don't, distributor does. When I upload a video I get a claim that someone owns the track and that someone is me. Distributor takes 20% I take 80%.

Fuckkkk, I really fucked up by deleting my videos. I am a sad little boy.
