i am new to Google ads are there courses that i i should follow to in order to learn. I did try bing a couple of time but it was a few years ago and the results were good.

You can learn it from Udemy.com. It is very simple & easy to learn from Udemy. Not Only Adwords you can purchase whatever you want to learn.

Google Adwords have their own courses. They will help you to understand the basic methods for advertising. Also, read case studies about Google AdWords, they can be really helpful and try to find guides in your niche. If you want blackhat google, then you must study well whitehat tactics and then come in blackhat. There's a lot of useful materials on this forum about blackhat, but the best practice is the one you do by yourself.

Read Google adwords help section. They have explained each and everything in detail. Also visit Adwords forum-they can help you a lot.
