Hi guys I plan to sell digital products such as courses and also live training sessions. So I want to know how to not get the paypal account banned and not get scammed since I have seen and heard of the countless times people have got scammed using paypal due to buyers using claim's/dispute feature and if too many of these happen then your account get's sent to PP safety team or sometimes it get's auto restricted asking for verification or even limited. So how to avoid all this and successfully make that good money??

Best Regards,
NW

Did you tried to get payment from any other payment

Paypal want to loot money from us. So We can not change the rules of paypal.

You just need proof of delivery and PayPal will close the dispute in your favour. If the customer bought a course that is not suitable for her and wants a refund then give it to her and help suggest another one. Good old customer service and building customer relations will decrease charge backs.

Yes I mainly use other payment method's and have been keeping paypal as the last resort for most clients.
I don't mind their extra fees, all I want is for it to be hassle free and to make sure things dont go south.

If you're worried about that then swap payment providers. You could try Stripe or 2CO.

I haven't tried stripe yet but do they charge on monthly subscription basis or is it free and they keep a % for every transaction?

Proof of delivery alright so does a screenshot of sending the course link through email count as proof of delivery?? Also as you mentioned I wouldn't mind giving a partial refund if the customer doesn't like the course after taking it but I cannot refund if they ever request one for live session's because I would have to actively spend my time and effort for the session also how can I show proof of delivery for a live online training sessions?... Any advice highly appreciated:)

First, make sure to mark the transaction as "Completed" from your Paypal account if the product is delivered.

Analysis paralysis it is.

Just go with it and deal with problems as they come.

Good point there

I would suggest you to hire someone from Latin America, they can open payment processors accepted worldwide easily, that's what I did and it's working just fine.
First time I am hearing about this, how much does it cost to pay that person for opening up a payment processor?
Would love to know more info on this method please:)

Haha yes it is, I usually like to be ready with a solution before any problems come:p
