Advice for my DMCA Website

discussed a lot already, but to add some, I have a client who was selling ebooks, and he was using paypal and stripe with cloudflare on our servers, we ignore dmca but cloudflare does not ignore nor paypal does. the original authors were sending complaints to cloudflare they just gave them server IP and our email to contact which cloudflare does regularly.
They contacted us and we ignored it. Then they file a case against the website and they bring court orders not only to bring that site down but also to share information of the client,
and cloudflare has to abide the law as paypal do. and they share all the information of the client to the complainant even IP and all that stuff.
I will never recommend you to use paypal stripe and cloudflare because they have to abide US laws.
