Advice for my DMCA Website

Hello, i recently created a website (3 months now) in which i sell copyrighted stuff. Currently using PayPal and i want to have Stripe too. And i need some help and questions answered.

1. I am using Offshore hosting so im safe in that matter. But given the case that the owners of the digital products i sell want to take me down, is there anything they can do to my PayPal or Stripe account?
2. I am not making too much money right now, for the moment between $50 - $100 a day. Is it safe moving my money directly from PayPal to my personal bank account? Will my bank start asking questions if i start moving more money? I am unemployed so i can't prove where i get the money from.
3. How much money a month is it safe to be getting into my paypal account without any questions? I created the paypal account with my personal real number, but with the name of the website not mine. So i haven't verified it with an ID.

Any experts who can give my some insights who make money from websites such as this or any activity that is not 100% legal it would be appreciated.

If you run a bussiness similar to this i would accept any other advice, especially on how to manage the money if i start getting good sales. If anytime my bank or a govermental entity asks me where i get my money from and i say from this website is that okay or not at all?

1. your braking laws by using Copywrite content so it classed as "fraud".

2.No money can be earnt unless it going to be taxed at end of year , if you're registered as unemployed then you need to immediately let the unemployment no you're trying a business idea out. (( if you don't it "fraud"))

PayPal will report to the tax office of you when they pay their tax in yearly.

same with any affiliate.

best advice is tell your unemployed ppl what you're going to try and what to do.

best cover your arse as tax fraud harsh sentence.

your need to change your business becouse it using others content to earn money from which is illegal .
 
So u hide your personal informations by using offshore hosting and yet u use your own paypal ? That's very risky

I don't use my personal PayPal, i use one with the name of the website. However then i withdraw money i do withdraw it to a personal bank account

the main bank account connects you to the whole business i hope you no this .

Well your bank account has your personal name in it so it's the same thing
 
Are you really telling us that you think it ok to use someone content to earn of there back but you want a solution .

Yes but what can realistically happen? Is there anyting that the owners of these products can do to my paypal? Like what's the most that can happen, take my account down, then i make another one right?

Take you to court 100% if can be proven you stole there content .
 
Don't think you're getting the bigger picture, content that licenced to a person have the right to sue you for using their content.

Copywrite theft is one of the hottest subjects on the internet and can lead to many thousands in fines.

solicitors are daily in their thousands looking for the opportunity to sue anyone breaking Copywrite laws.

becouse you already no this as you got a dmca server/host.

in your case your bang to rights .

Probably nothing if u are not from usa but what if they take down your account what u gonna do to link a bank account? What i'm going to say is don't go over the limit and if there is no people opening refund cases on you then u be good in short term

You are going to destroy your both accounts my dude, pp & stripe, and it's not easy to get those.If they can't complain to your hosting provider about dmca, they will contact pp& stripe right away
 
You say you are earning between $50 - $100, invest in making stealth PayPal accounts. That's your only answer right there.

In these past 3 months i only got 1 refund for $20. I am not from the US and i don't plan going big on these and not for a long time either. Just maybe 3-4 months to make some money. So what should i do, just remove my personal bank from my PayPal and get the money out some other way. And maybe changing my personal number to another one?

that dont help he still can be traced when he put the money in a real account to get his cash out .

It is, but it should not be connected to your real account + information. The issue here is that PayPal will definitely try to cooperate with the people who are planning to file a case against you. To prevent this, you must make sure that no real information is left behind and should have more than 2-4 stealth PayPal accounts. Move the money from your stealth account to another stealth account to your main account.

PayPal doesn't care who the money is sent to

I have done something similar in past, and I am not from U.S. either. The thing is, someone will complain about dmca eventually, and then they will shut your accounts. You can then try to continue with crypto or to make new pp&stripe every time. Eventually, you will get tired of it. My advice would be: make as much money as you can and then move to next >legit method. :)
