Hi, how to get a good traffic in promoting adult campaign in which you have to register? . I currently have Instagram 2.5k people and a domain that brings me 2 leads a day.

You are already getting leads. Great! Now you need to scale up. Create more profiles and repeat your method until you make 20 - 30 leads per day ;)

maybe you can provide some ready solutions for pw? I have very little traffic and I would like to increase it :(

If you want more traffic then create more IG accounts and run them with a IG bot ;)

Mate you can always try your luck on those sites and see if it is working out for you. Everything is possible!

because I lead a 2 lead very rarely and I have several entries and I would like to know some way where I could get a good traffic

If you want more leads, then you're going to have to scale up on your accounts. It's going to be hard to earn anything consistent from just one IG account.
 
Make/buy more Instagram accounts and replicate what you're doing now.

Those websites will send you bot traffic which is useless.
