Hmmm, it's doable but very risky. Have you checked out the competition? What are they doing?
Personally I wouldn't risk it.
???Because Google crawls your entire website and if there is adult things anywhere on it, it may flag the entire site as adult???

Very likely your Adsense account would be eventually banned, I don't think it worth it
