Adsense Multiple Account Error

Sorry guys, i was not able to find any forum for this, but i want a help regarding my adsense, please tell me that how i can fix my adsense multiple account error, i thought to earn online, so i started my website, and whenever i try to connect my webiste with adsense, it says multiple account error, please help me what to do....????

I changed the name, used my friends account, any other idea....????
