Adsense and PBNs?

can i earn money from making blog monitized with adsense and promote it by PBN and good backlinks ? any idea or suggestions ?

Backlinks only improve your authority. You should get organic traffic from Google with the help of this authority. This is the traditional black hat SEO. You further need good content and on-page SEO to rank your posts. By promoting, if you mean driving traffic, then it's not possible. PBNs and backlinks don't drive as much traffic as we usually get from Google and social media. You can monetize the traffic using adsense as they are real users.
