Hello everybody,

In the past few weeks I've been running a conversion campaign for my digital product.

I used to have sales on a daily basis on several different adsets (different interests, etc...), and my CTR was between 1% - 1.5%

But suddenly, all the adsets stopped generating any sales, but the CTR remained around 1%, and impressions, other metrics remained almost the same.

Notes worth mentioning:
  • I suspected ad fatigue, so I created various creatives.
  • I didn't change anything on my landing page.
  • When the ads stopped performing, "learning limited" started to appear more and more.

I really can't figure out the reason behind this sudden change.

If anybody has experienced a similar case, perhaps you can enlighten me.

Thank you

Even with new creatives, your audience might still be experiencing fatigue. Try refreshing your targeting or expanding your audience to reach new potential customers.

The same thing happened to me. Google changed its algorithms, and I haven't had any work or ads for over ten days.

Facebook is having a huge campaign sweep. You're not alone.

There are many such cases happening. Try expanding your audience to reach new potential customers

this is a recent error of fb ads, even if you change the campaign and change the fb account, the ad account is still suddenly stopped. I think partly because the US Presidential Election is coming to an end. you can temporarily stop using those suddenly stopped accounts and replace them with a new account, and use that stopped account after a while

Is it perhaps related to the elections? Or end of the year where they change the reach for certain accounts?

I feel that i barely scratched the surface with the targeting i was doing, only a few thousand impressions and dozens of sales for targeting and each interest that has millions of users. Isn't it a bit early to assume that the targeting has been burned out?

Interesting, that's what I heard before. So i should pause and wait till after November 5th and reactive my ads again?

I think the issues you're facing are partly related to Facebook's algorithm and partly due to the upcoming presidential election in the United States
So apart from the elections, facebook had by coincidence around the same time an algorithm update?

Recently this situation has happened quite a lot, it makes the campaign unstable, once the election is over it seems to be fine.
