Seriously though, the image was probably made using a tool like 3DS Max, not Photoshop.

If you want to do it in photoshop, just use lots of Bevel & Emboss and some Gradients.

This is probably the easiest way. It won't be exactly the same but with a lot of little tweaks you can get it very close.
