Adnooka - Noncompliant Marketing?

Just got the following email(s) from Adnooka 30 minutes ago.

"Lately, advertisers have been bringing to our attention earning practices, which are not considered legal, and could result in advertisers losing pin submit short codes as well as legal ramifications. Some of the sites being question are listed below?

Adnooka does not allow the promotion of viruses, keyloggers, keygens, generators, fake files, pornography or deceitful/blackhat practices to earn money. Please refer to our Terms of Service for a full list of what is not allowed.
This will serve as a FINAL warning to all publishers promoting Adnooka campaigns. Please remove all content against our Terms of Service within the next 72 hours."

I imagine with keygens, generators and fake files that would rule out what the majority of the user base, including myself have been using to get downloads? What are your thoughts on this?

If you're making any serious money with blackhat methods you should probably be faking your referring regardless... Then again if you're making a lot of conversions with BH methods you probably wouldn't be using a PPD network in the first place

Im not a member of Adnooka, but it seems like they are acting like their publishers should already be aware of their rules...

I applied on adnooka stating my brief method together with my hacked sites. And they approved me. And then this? Wtf.

Got the same notice from bluetrackmedia . Not that my files are fake. But most of the sites in my niche are fake. So I am getting freaked about this

there are 3 possibilities:

1. they have completely lost their mind and forgot, that PPD and promoting the offers of their affiliates is very blackhat.
in this case, adnooka will be dealt fatal damage due to the loss of all fake file etc. promotion. the PPD network will wither and die, like so many others before
this is very likely, if you ask me

2. they are shaving and trying to keep more of the profit for themselves by banning people (very unlikely, because future earnings would disappear)

3. they are just barking and everybody could go on like before. they are just creatin these notifications to keep their partners quiet

what do you think?

I think they send this out to cover their own asses in front of their advertisers. They can't just ignore it if their Advertisers are complaining, but on the other hand they can't live without the countless people who are promoting fakes, cracks etc. and they know that. If they would really crack down on them, they would be out of business in a blink of an eye. Now they can tell their Advertisers that they are doing everything they can to prevent blackhat techniques, when in reality they still don't give a fck.

I got this message also, seems like the same scenario of cleanfiles, I think the main reason why this was sent out to people is because some people are doing really shady stuff to capture leads, such as locking peoples computers until they complete a survey and hacking their computers to control their device into filling out a survey. As long as your not doing any of the two mentioned then you should be ok, the other reason is to keep their advertisers at bay and cover themselves.

Okay its now official, Adnooka is banning people. Another PPD gone to waste

Edit: no ban simply killed all files of everybody! all files are from august 5th
