Admin Accounts for a Fresh Verified BM

I have 2 new Verified BM's I'm slowly warming up.

• Admin added - wait 2 days
• Permissions changed - wait 2 days
• Create pixel - wait 2 days

One of the new admin profiles was suspended due to it being accessed from 2 locations, and I want to remove it from the BM. I suspect the asset supplier accessed the account from another proxy.

I want to remove the suspended account, but wanted to know how to do it safely. Any suggestions about length of time after removing the suspended account before adding a new admin, how long to leave it before adding another admin? Ideally I have 3 admins on each BM.

I've seen that 'adding too many admins' causes an issue. How many is too many?

Removing that suspended admin is fine — just give it a 24–48h cooldown before adding anyone new. FB tracks sudden admin changes as risky behavior. 3 admins per BM is the sweet spot; more than 4–5 can look messy or trigger extra checks.

Wait 7–14 days before deleting a suspended account, and another 3–7 days before adding a new admin. This reduces the risk of “signal collusion” and keeps BM safe and stable in the long term.
