Adding Products from CJ and CB to site through RSS feeds

Anyone have a good idea how to do this? I've googled and can't really come up with a clear answer. There doesn't seem to be a clear cut way to do this. I appreciate your help!

Besides the traditional WPRobot, I too am looking for a good way to find any product feeds from CJ.

Currently it looks like CJ provides product catalogs in .xml format. But trying to read this properly is has hindered me to no end.

I have been trying to find a way to covert the .xml into an OPML XML format and import the file into Google REader, no luck yet.

Ideally, being able to run multiple feeds through yahoo pipes would be awesome.
