It all depends on how the menu is coded in your theme. There's no real way to help unless you show the site or the snippet with your menu in it

Well its pretty simple man. With a little css, you can do it.
Just use "after" with <li> and than use content property like this.
content : "/"

There are tons of videos on youtube on how to edit a Shopify theme and locate a specific piece of code within a theme. I don't think that anyone can post a 'copy and paste' solution here for you without knowing what theme you're using as each theme is slightly different.
