Wow it's crazy with fb. We just have some fast-ban accounts and have to fix the card to get it back. You can check the proxy and social profile again if haven't started but ban
 
Recently, FB scanned accounts a lot and did not allow appeals. But now it is possible to appeal and the rate of accounts coming back alive is very high
 
Appeal your ad account by verifying the meta. This will make your account stronger.

Try changing the card, changing the account type, changing the proxy and then try again. Currently, most people are locked from the card, add it and die
 
You can choose a reputable advertiser in the Market to overcome this difficult period.
 
There are many types of advertising accounts, you can use old accounts or accounts that have been used for spending before.

you should appeal such accounts, the chances of them coming back are very high, sometimes facebook randomly scans and you can't avoid this, it's just a risk.
 
The FB ad account is more sensitive than my girlfriend. The number of my dead accounts is uncountable. They have a problem with their "ad account" or something. Lost at least $300. From now on, I will only buy healthy advertising accounts from the marketplace.
 
Probably because your account is not strong enough and the post has problems, you should reconsider

I am also having a lot of problems, Facebook is having a hard time right now and we need to be careful with each campaign.

There have been very strong account scans from Facebook, which are still happening today. The new account set to camp is a dead account
 
just added card account was disabled, not yet campaign account was also disabled. tired of facebook
