this proves that your account is extremely weak, please change to a stronger account, avoid using personal accounts.

You need to have strong and stable accounts to maintain. If you haven't done anything and have been disabled like that, your account may be very weak or your content has problems

Op you might have done some shady stuff with same ip on FB ads or your account got some 18+ pics or videos. Lots of reason.

FB not going to ban you randomly, they are not that stupid. You might have done something wrong.
