"Action Blocked"

Hello everyone. I'm having trouble with facebook. I recently opened a facebook account and starting rapidly getting into groups. After some minutes, I receive an "Action Blocked" message(check pic). I know that you get that after you spam a lot, but I was just joining groups. Does anybody know any method or trick to avoid getting an action block? Thanks a lot

You answered your own question "starting rapidly"..... You can join a few a day to start with... maybe 5 or so now and increases slowly each day. It's not like it used to be and you will get your account banned and not just action blocked.

Wait until your actions are not blocked perhaps

The block lasts several days, rather open a new account than wait until it gets unblocked
