Hello. Look there are lot of variables your account might be banned such as:
Your ip, your phone, based on Ig message using more than 1 account doing aggressive actions.
If you open an IG account, with 5G net in your home or a WiFi that it’s not banned and do not do agressive actions such as: mass follow others, mass liking, mass dming, etc. And you use another phone/anti detect browser. Your account should be good to go.
Now, for buying fake followers please search here in marketplace for SMM provider who have very good reputation. Also, you shouldn’t buy fake followers just after creating the ig account. You should “warm it up” first.
Take in mind that Instagram and other social media platforms are a game of patience. Don’t expect to be able to do everything since day 1 or 2. You must be patient.
Last, take in mind IG also ban your phone. As it has unique fingerprints. So if you have abused it and used several accounts and as per what you have said you have gotten all of them banned. Then with high probability is your IP AND/OR your phone as well.

Did you see this? Your device fingerprint has been marked by the platform. Do not log in to another account with a device that has been banned, as the package has been banned. And your fake fan behavior and attention behavior are too frequent. Change your device or use a fingerprint browser and proxy to re register and log in.

According to the notification you received, the restriction isn't due to your content. Are you using a VPN or public connection? If so, try switching to mobile data and your phone to log in. If you appeal from a trusted device and secure connection, might resolve this

If you're just following manually and still getting banned, it could be due to things like doing too many actions in a short time, low trust score on the account, or flagged content. Try slowing down your activity, warming up the account gradually, and making sure your profile looks real and active

Exactly, if you're manually following users to grow your account, it's best to avoid boosting followers at the same time. It can look suspicious to Instagram and trigger blocks or bans. Keep actions spaced out and natural

In this case, if your account keeps getting suspended, it may be due to your IP being banned. Create an account using a 4G proxy and use that.
