About SSL

I prefer cloudflare ssl.
Let's encrypt ssl expires every 90 days and that can be a headache, if you aren't able to to renew it automatically

cloudflare is enough
also, you can use them for single hosting with multiple site in the same host

This ^. It doesn't matter. Just make sure if you're using Let's Encrypt that it never expires.
Let's Encrypt always expires, but they provide you with instructions on how to set up auto-renewal cron job on your server.

Exact same it's like comparing to two green apples which look exact same and taste the exact same .

Use Cloudflare SSL but its up to you we can just suggest you which one best but final decision is yours :)

It doesn't really matter, both are free & do the work,
You'll have to use Cloudflare as a proxy if you want to use its SSL tho, it's more than just an SSL

+1 to lets encrypt.

I use it on my web development projects. its also free!
