A versus feature

I want to create a website that will pit 2 things against one another and have the audience vote on which one they like better. Is there a wordpress (or any other open platform) function that allows one to do this? I simply want to upload 2 pictures every day/week and have it appear on the main page, similar to how a blog appears in reverse chronological order from newest to oldest.

I am not sure about if there is one or not but I do think that this site sounds like a good one. Best of luck to you with it.
