A question about YouTube AdSense account

Hi <3
So I have a verified adsense account that is working perfectly with youtube.
I want to link it with a blogspot blog. I linked the blog successfully but after three days the ads are not showing on my blog.
I’ve seen tutorials online they give a code and you just add your adsense ID to it and paste it on your blog, is this really working method and not violating adsense terms of service?
On the adsense page I get this message:

“Your adsense account is enabled only to show ads on youtube. If you want to show ads on a different site, you’ll need to provide us with the URL of the site you want to monetize.”

does this include blogger?

Edit: I can’t add the blog url to adsense account because it’s not top-level domain name.

google adsense non hosted account, you can add site tld blog or blogspot. google adsense hosted account, you can add site just for blogspot. adsense youtube account just for youtube. you can't use it on your blog

Youtube doesnt require a site..
Just upload videos and get users

I know .... I just have a blog that getting a good traffic and I want to monetize it.

if u have u must wait till google approve it for 1 month. if google does not approved you should create another blog if u want to
