A query regarding adsense policies

Hello friends,
I have a technology blog with adsense ads. I was wondering to add some posts on same blog against some of adsense policies but I won't be placing any ads in those posts (even in sidebars) which do not follow adsense rules. Like I want to share some hacking tutorials but I won't add adsense ad units in those pages which share content about hacking.

I think this doesn't break any rules of adsense. What do you say? Will I get banned?

I will add adsense ads within posts (that follow adsense policies) and not as widgets in header or sidebars! If the particular post doesn't follow the policy I will not embed adsense ads within the post.

I dont think its a good idea. Its against adsense policy. They will find out easily about what you are doing. Think well before doing it.

If you like to write about hacking and cracking, just start a fresh new website. Like this you can even monetize him with another company, not with Ad Sense.
