A beginner's guide to GSA and/or Scrapebox anywhere?

I can see you are wined-up and I understand Why. I watch some of the videos and its is great. Talking about myself I had difficulty to understand where to start. Yes I did a lot of self study on what is the meaning of each concept, such as ping, scrape, etc. I think what the beginner would like to know is: If I want to promote my site follow steps 1,2,3, etc. If I want to do x, follow steps 8,4,2. Maybe that will a big help for the Rookie such as me.
