4th time password reset by instagram!!

Its 4-5 year old account.. Is there a risk of my account getting banned? I use IMacros for my scripts and its filled with different time variables so I don't think they expect that I am using a bot.. The last time it happened was when I tried using a different instagram web viewer.. Need some help..

IG might be picking up logins from too many different places.

Go to IG, unauthorise all third party apps and sign out. Go do something for an hour. Then, reauthorise whatever viewer you're using.

doesn't necessarily mean you'd be banned, but it may be that they've caught up to something that you're doing that ain't human like so they got you on watch you may say.

my advice is to just take things slower than usual
