I was recently emailed a friend request on Youtube from ItsKristopherDiamond I viewed his profile and after being on youtube for about a MONTH he had over 21,000 friends and over 3000 subscribers!!!!!!

He has a dozen videos or so, which consist of terrible video quality, you can't understand what he's saying. His newest is 4 seconds where he literally just puts his arms up in the air. His videos are getting 1K to 2K views not too impressive but rising.

I use a friend adder but nothing near results he's getting. My videos are actually funny quality work. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW HE'S DOING IT?

Please go to youtube and check out youtube.com/itskristopherdiamond

Let me clarify this is a new account that started about a month and a half ago now. That's why I'm interested to know.

Marketing, plain and simple. Search around this forum for a mass of tools to use to gt your youtube channel out to the public. A friends adders such as Tube Toolbox is a nice tool, but will only get you so far...stay away from the view counters! Google's computers are smart enough to notice you are using them and will close your account.

Social Bookmarking and backlinking get you views and subscribers; as well as quality content.

    - - Ask people in your videos to subscribe to your channel

    - - Be active within the youtube forums and community

Looking at the comments hes using some sort of friend invite. This seems consistent with the number of friends to subscriber ratio.

Further checks on google shows he has a large following on sites such as stickam etc so he may just be asking them to subscribe to his channel.

Yea he's doing some kind of sub4sub campaign, but first of all 21,000 friends in a month? I run a friend adder all the time and I'm barely at 5,000 in two months. And if he was doing a sub4sub thing, why is he only at 200 some subscriptions?
