Tip 1: Post Directly on the Page & Use the Boost Button

  • Ads posted directly on your page and boosted from there usually get approved faster.
  • New ads, especially those with objectives like Messages or Conversions, often take longer for bots to review.
  • To fix this, especially for new ad accounts:
    1. First, launch a campaign with the Reach objective.
    2. Schedule the campaign to start 5–7 hours later.
    3. Once the Reach campaign starts spending, create a Messages campaign using the same post.
→ Approval is usually much faster this way.

Tip 2: Report Slow Ad Approvals via Business Help

Tip 3: Report Delays via Facebook Help

  • Go to Facebook Help.
  • Take a screenshot of the campaign stuck in review and follow the steps:
    • Select Help & Support
    • Choose Report a Problem
    • Pick Something went wrong

Really appreciate you sharing these tips, the step-by-step breakdown makes it much clearer how to deal with slow approvals.

Great topi, keen to see which tip among the three people find most reliable for quick ad approvals.

Following the instructions and I applied the tip with the previous Reach campaign, the result was that the ad was approved quickly and there were no more problems. Thank you very much.

thanks for sharing. The tip about starting with a Reach campaign before moving into other objectives is interesting - I’ve seen it help speed up approvals too.

Tysm. Good breakdown — the step-by-step makes it easy to follow. You might also note that approval speed can vary by ad type, season, or sudden spikes in advertiser demand, so patience plus these tactics often works best.

Solid tips here. I’ve also noticed that ads boosted directly from the page often move through review faster than campaigns created in Ads Manager. Reporting delays via Help can sometimes push things along too.

You mean posting on your personal facebook page, not your fanpage, right?

I followed the instructions and it helped my work, I run Facebook ads faster. Keep it up.

Thanks for these tips! I'm especially impressed with the Business Help reporting tip, it seems more efficient and worth a try.

I've been running ads for a while now and I've been stuck with a whole day of slow approval . I tried boosting directly from the page and it was approved much faster. I've also sent a report via Help, and it's true that when you have a spending history, Facebook responds faster.
