Good list but its got to be done in moderation, like its not really important to have your keywords everywhere you mentioned.

Can anyone tell me how can I find out how much is the keyword density on my website(or page). Also, I know i'm in the whitehat area, but if I have hacks for games website, these rules (or musts) still apply for ranking on google right?

SEOBOOK has good keyword density tool checker. Just do a google search

1 to 2% density is optimum. But as someone said, if Google has changed their algorithm, these are the old tips.

Keywords should always be strategically placed in the body of the content, url slug and alt text.. nothing has changed there.

I think the posting date plays a part as well. Sometimes changing the posting date affects the ranking if I am not wrong.

That's a great list, but its mostly on page seo.

Without good off-page seo (relevant, high quality backlinks) all is useless.
