BACKGROUND: Hi everyone, I?m razorwings? long time lurker on here. I?ve dabbled in niche site building in the past but I?ve never been able to follow through all the way?

I?m going give it a REAL shot this time and I hope that by posting my progress on this forum I?ll be able to hold myself accountable.

I turn 25 in August, and that scares the shit out me. I just recently graduated, work full-time and seems like I never have time or money to experience new things that will make me happy.

PURPOSE: To build a niche site that earns at least 25 dollars/day by the time I turn 25. To many this may seem like a low goal. To me however, it seems attainable and encouraging. I can afford at most a couple hours per day to work on this project.

METHODS: I was recently re-inspired by bluematter?s niche site journey and I will follow the methods mentioned in that thread closely. This site will be set-up for ad-sesne revenue primarily. However, I know that for certain words/products, my amazon affiliate account will be useful as well. I?ll consider other offers/adds when the time comes.

Tools:
Things I have ? Hosting and a computer.

Things I don?t have ? Any fancy tools like SEnuke, GSA, scrapbox etc..

Things I will use ? Wordpress + plugins, fiverr gigs (recommendations welcome), keyword tools (long tail pro/market samurai), article writing services. Other online tools (ubersuggest, dmoz, ahrefs, etc?)(recommendations also welcome).

I will try my best to work on this project and update this thread. I hope I get some good feedback as well.
OK I guess that?s it for now?. 1[SUP]st[/SUP] thing on the list is finding a profitable niche and quality keywords.

Good luck buddy long term is normally the best route meaning money for days to come not having to worry about when your money will be shut off.

Good luck mate, I suggest you diversify your income sources a bit. Try affiliate revenue for 2-3 sites that are in a not too competitive niche whilst saving Adsense for the others. You will be amazed at the difference affiliate revenue makes over Adsense if done right.
