This one dedinetworks.net , they are offshore company and their will not share infos also you are not be required to give infos while register check their terms in site.

Yes, offcourse they will send out all the information if someone sues them. Ignoring DMCA is possible in offshore jurisdiction, because DMCA copyright law implemented in USA. There is no countries without copyright laws, so I doubt there is copyright free hosting available.

Yeah, it's working fine. I had a VPS and shared hosting with them but now only using the shared hosting. :)

Use VCC if you can. Buy from a seller from here or somewhere else.

Try xitheon.com -- they don't exactly ignore DMCA however their providers fight DMCA claims in court and usually get the DMCA claims dismissed before they have to reach a court. Top notch, as a bonus they also only accept bitcoin and do not require name, address or ID to sign up
