well i haven't been banned yet. I only do a giveaway once a week. I disguise my content lockers pretty well, I explain to my followers that it is a "human verification test" and that in past giveaways people have tried spamming the contest by entering more than once. With content locker offers, they won't be unlocked unless you enter your actual information so it really seems like a legit giveaway. Yea, I used an affiliate link because if I'm linking you guys to my cpa network it just makes sense to use one.

Thanks for sharing the ideas. I have never thought that one can earn money using Instagram at all. Thought that it is only for posting food and cute pets. I understood that Instagram gives an opportunity for business to tell clients a story in a more engaging way. But what about other photo sharing sites? Can they generate similar amount of money? Are there some comparisons that show what is more profitable?

Of course you could use Tumblr, a blog or some other form of site for this method. It's about the amount of followers, though I suppose the level of engagement could be different on different platforms?

yes tumblr, pinterest, twitter all work with this method.
 
Nice method here. Haven't tried out Instagram yet. This looks like a concrete method.
