I Rewrite The Contents In Wordai And I Correct False Grammar And Such as Things ...
At The Final I Get A Unique Content and it looks like a quality content..
I Do This Because I`m Not Good In English Language Also To Save Time ..

My Questions Is

Is It Safe And Good For My Website To Get Aproved In Adsense ..
I Mean Do They Will Accept Such As Contents or They Will Check It Rewroted ?
while This Methode Is Taking A Little Bit Time ,, So I Don`t Want To Waste My Time And Energy For NOTHING At The End

Yes, When I Check It On That Websites It`s Look 100% Unique, Also I Use Copyscape to be sure ..
so You Think It`s Safe Bro .. They Don`t Have Any Bots Deticting rewroted Articles ..

Adsense will approve if the content is fairly long, unique and human readable. Apart from that you need to take care of other factors like privacy policy & contact us pages.

Yoast recommends >300 words per post. So, your content should be fine.
