Yes, an eBay shop is well worth it (Basic shop was around 10 euro/month when I used it last year, I don't know if eBay increased its prices meanwhile). It saves you some money here and there in eBay fees and gives you some presence on eBay. Some other tips? If possible, offer collection at home...
