Hi,

Maybe this isn't in the right forum section but I've seen some of it on here before, so here I go.

1) Are the Monster headphones on iOffer genuine?
2) Why are some $18 and others around $60?

could be a newb question but this forum has been extremely helpful so far, thought i'd ask. :) thanks!

1) 99.9% of the time the Monster Headphones on iOffer are bootlegs.
2) Depends which ones, for example the Monster Tour are $18 but the Monster Studio are $60 etc.

They are fakes. While they are very, very similar (I have bought some of different kinds), they aren't real. The real 100% a person would know (if you are thinking of selling) is the serial number. The studios, for example, have a serial number inside the removable battery plate on the outside of the ear. All fakes have the same one and it won't register online.

If you want them for personal use, I would say go for it if you find a seller with great feedback. The fakes are very close to the real ones for a fraction of the cost. Wouldn't recommend selling them though, unless you want to risk possible law enforcement encounters.

What about the chinese guys/westerners in China offering Beats in the wholesale/dropship forum section? Same thing? It's hard to understand that all those interested just buy it for themselves...

but thanks for the info so far!

Look at it this way, do you really think someone can sell you genuine ones at a fraction of the price that a shop sells them for. It is impossible unless they are fake.

My friend, If you check on Ioffer, you can see that the headphones are fucking bad quality, fucking fake. Just check the cable of Beats SOlo, the cable come from left and right side, but in real one, there are a cable in one side only. You should be careful, if you want to be mean, you gonna get a fucking bad product. :)
