Let's say I have on my site Latest / Most Popular / Related posts sections that are linking to posts but they are made with divi elements , so there is no anchor text. Do they still count as internal links ?

So i checked some of sites on ahrefs that i backlinked to on my blog and was surprised to see that my link doesnt show as a backlink ? Some of this links are from like 3 to 6 months ago. I check the source the code there is no 'nofollow' tag or anything.
