Lets say I have 2 keyphrases ( Using Yoast free version ) that I want to write blog posts about :

How to use TikTok for B2B marketing ( content is geared towards business use of Tik Tok )
Using TikTok for marketing ( content is geared towards getting more viewers / customers )

Is this considered keyword cannibalization? Will Google 'punish me' with lower ranking for using similar keyphrase ?

Maybe you should consider the creation of longer articles with two phrases included.

IMO the second phrase should be included as a part of the article describing the first one.

So it's not best practice write a single article for each long-tail keyword, even if similar to each other?
 
Long content is always better, and easier to rank. Also for long-tail keywords, if they are wrapped in the content that is describing things around the long-tail phrase, it's more likely that a user will stay longer on your site and find all necessary pieces of information.
 
Isn't second title misleading.

It is more about growing TikTok account.

So it should be something like how to grow TikTok account.
