Same anchor text for internal links

I found out that my site is low on internal links and I want to work on it

Is it a bad practice if I just make one anchor text for one post and then link it at the end of other blog posts: example '[Read More ] Best Productivity Mobile Apps in 2020'

So ill have on all my posts ( within the same category ) at the end '[Read More ] Best Productivity Mobile Apps in 2020'.

This sounds lazy but I wondered if Google will find it spammy in any way

It gets crawlers to your pages, but it doesn't take advantage of all that interlinking can offer (i.e. signalling to SEs what a page should rank for)

Interlinkn is good when in doubt use link whisper it’ll solve it
