At the moment I have them at around 20% uniqueness. Is that too low? Until recently I was outsourcing to someone who was using AMR with the same directories I am but they were get better results. I can only think it's the spun content that is the issue.

Is it important to spin every section of your article when using AMR - ie title, body, summary, resource box. I don't see how spinning the title could be a good idea if you want to rank for a specific phrase as you'll be getting less backlinks if you spin it
